How can i convince my mom

My mom keeps yelling and nagging at me just because I weigh 180 lbs, and she even is calling me fat! I'm NOT fat, but I have very muscular legs, and she when ever I told her I had stretchmarks on my hips (not very many, but I have wide hips) she said...

that its not good and I'm fat if I have them. I keep trying to tell her that its because I'm growing up, but she doesn't believe me!

Yea, I know I might be over-reacting, but it's been going on for years, and she still complains about my weight and stretchmarks. how can I convince her that im just growing up, and that im not fat??

(BTW I'm 5'6)

maybe you are fat and your in denial, maybe your moms just trying to help you and your the one that needs some convincing? Most people that *grow* up dont weigh 180 and are 5'6 haha, and stretch marks on hips? sounds like you aint growin up you growin out. Sorry if im a little to critical for ya, im just stating my opinion, just think about it.

Being 5'6 and 180, I can only say that seems a little fat, even muscle couldn't make up so much weight on a small body.

Well, I guess if you are going to just call me fat and make me feel even worse, why answer at all?
Regardless of how much I run, and excercize, eat healthy, and stuff, I SWEAR, I cannot lose the weight! And plus I've gotta tell ya, I'm pretty 'developed' haha

does your mom say that your-ALL fat!? I doubt it, but the majority of your mass is probably from fat from what I know about you, think of yourself criticly- you might be in denial like I said

Well, yea she does.
I honestly don't think im in denial, I get normal/average physical tests, and I don't look like I weight 180 at all. when I tell my friends they're pretty much in shock because they say I look about 140ish

look just tell your mom that your happy the way you are and that you do care what she sais but that waht she is telling you is just making your self-steem go flat! TEll her that you are traing your best and that it would help if she just baked off a little!
