How can I convince my friend to lose weight with me?

how can I convince my friend to loose a little weight with me?..with out being mean. I'm the one on the right, she's on the left.

she doesn't have to lose weight if she doesn't want to, YOU just go to the gym if YOU want to lose a few pounds, don't be mean and make your friend go too just cause you're fat.

Hmmm... how about you just ask her how she feels about her image. And then tell her how you feel about yours. And mostly about how you feel about your weight. Ask her if she would like to lose any weight and if she thinks she needs too... and say if you'd like we could do it together. And gain some more confidence with what you already have!

I'm not fat..she always complains about how fat she is and how she wishes she was my size but I just can't get her too loose it..I'm willing to do it with her. jeeze people

Well I think you are both beautiful girls, yeah your friend might have to lose a few pounds but hey that's a good thing that she would like to be healthier and feel better about herself. So why don't you just do what you think is right with the losing weight thing and think of how your friend will react to everything you think you could say to her. I wish you Good Luck!

honestly just be real and say "I'm bout to go start workouting and loose a few pounds" and then wait for her to answer and if she doesn't say sumthin like "me too" then you just saym do you want to try too and if she says no or get mad then just be like your the one that sad you wanted to look better. But thats just me

She might feel a bit put off going to go and lose weight with you. She might feel intimidated - you said 'she wishes she was my size'. Suggest it to her once but if you get the impression that she doesn't want to then just leave it for to gothrough with it herself.
