Give it time - you shouldn't force a girl into something she is not comfortable with or not ready for. Just enjoy what you are getting and let her get comfortable enough with the idea first. You can bring it up every now and then and see how she feels about it, but DO NOT pressure her into something she does not want to do.

Blow jobs are a lot different from hand jobs. A girl feels less in control during a blow job than a hand job. I would def. give it time and talk to her about it but I wouldn't make her feel like it is a constant need from you.
