Hello! It's not a simple. First of all I think you should have very good nature appetite. Another say to love to eat. Second I advise to use very high-calorie food. Third keep your time-table of eating same hours and build your muscles. Maybe it's somewhat strange to hear about this but that make you bigger too.

Eat proteins, but don't eat fats or too many carbs. I suppose you want to put on some brawn and not pure fat. Bleah!

Chug down as much fatty foods as you can. Eat all contents of fridge. Sit on your butt all day. NO EXERCISING!!!!!! Buy a cartion of ice cream and eat in one day. TRUST ME I KNOW!!! See ya lata FATTY!! ha ha
