How can I become 15 pounds lighter?

Im Nari I'm 13 years old and I weigh 129 pounds and I want to lose the other 15 pounds or so and keep it off my friend says I shouldn't eat for 2 weeks and exercise then eat only veggies and fruits and protien stuff...and I think I should too... But I need more advice on losing this danm fat. Any takers?

right now I am on 1000 cal diet and work out with taebo and walking when I can but I have a 2yr old son. I've done this diet thing for little over a week and I lost 2 lbs. I eat for the most part healthy things you know I have those couple of days when I eat badly but I make up for it the next day. just watch what you eat. of course stay away from pasta, fast food, pizza or eat very small potrion. fruit is always good to eat and of course vegs. I hoped this helped. you have to work out in order to loose weight...

I definitely would not recommend not eating for 2 weeks, that is very unhealthy.
What worked for me, was a reset program. After I took it for 5 days, I had lost a total of 6 pounds, and I wasn't getting cravings anymore. After I did that, I was able to continue eating healthy, and still do to this day=D You can get more information on the Reset at http://cristal.usana.com Good luck! Don't forget to exercise.

Never ever starve yourself, especially for 2 weeks. The trick in losing weight is that you have enough energy running throughout the day. You might not believe me, but eat 5-6 small meals per day. Really does the trick to lose weight. Drink plenty of water, eat veggies/fruits and try not to eat too much junk food. I'm not saying you can't eat junk food but eat it as a treat once in a while. Trust me, it worked for me. Oh, I also forgot, remember to exercise frequently. Maybe join a school activity? Just an idea. Good luck!

well starving yourself is RETARDED
if your friend told you he/she jumped off a bridge
would you believe them?

if you want to exercise/work out
if you do not have the protein, you won't be going anywhere with your exercising/work outs
to work out/exercise you need ENERGY
ENERGY comes from FOOD
plus how tall are u? you shuld be a certain weight at a certain HEIGHT
not age
