Embrace yourself the way that you are. Start exercising. Simply taking a walk daily will help. But be prepared because if you start working out your appetite will increase so I would recommend starting a healthy eating plan. Quit drinking soda and eating sugary substances. You'll lose weight by simply cutting out soda.
You shouldnt even feel like that about yourself you are beatiful and cant nobody tell you that your not because you are just start smiling and keep your head up you are not overweighted theres other 14 year olds thats twice bigger than you

My advice would be try to not worry about what other people think. They have their opinion and you have yours. If it does bother you, then you could always do what they ^the other people who answered your question^. If you really feel like you're the way you should be, then good for you.
That's the way everyone should feel. And that is what I truly believe.
Curves are in the super skinny look is just gross and unhealthy I'm a thick woman and I'm happy with myself if your happy an think you look good so will other people 140 lbs is not big and I use to be worried about wut anyone and everyone thought now I could careless and I'm much happier

well I would have to say that I do feel this way too cause im pretty different and I am often labeled the ugliest girl in school but I think you should just be happy the way you are of course there are going to be times when you feel really crappy but thats typical stuff just be yourself and try and make the best out of life a healthy daily routine wouldnt hurt though being healthy can make you feel better. if you feel the way you do cause of other people just be like if you dont like the way I look dont look at me if you dont like me keep my name out your mouth and know that I dont live to make you happy so back off
I feel exactly the same... I look in the mirror and look fine... but then I look at pictures taken of me and I want to puke... but don't worry... are you tall, you can weigh more from height






How can I become happier with myself?
im 14 years old, nearly 15, and I weigh about 140. I know im not overweight but I feel as though I am. I never wear anything that flatters me, only jeans and t-shirts, because I always think people are judging me. every tells me im fine the way I am and just to be happy but its really hard. can somebody help me either lose some weight or feel more confident about my body?
