If you eat more calories than you burn off through daily activities, you gain weight

How many calories do you need during a day? Here is the calculation: Multiply your weight by 15. This number will give you how many calories you need to eat to maintain your weight.

Now each pound of fat on your body is 3,500 calories. Sooo, if you eat 3,500 calories over the daily amount for your body weight, then you gain !

ask your doctor, he can provide you with a diet plan and keep a target of how much you want to gain and how you can maintain that.

id say eating more pasta and bread would help, without cutting down on any exercise, try to eat more foods with protein in them like milk, fish, chicken etc..
(its like my training minus the actual work lol)

I hate how I am, I am 15 years old and weight 120lbs. my height is 4'11, im hella short
but if you want to gain I think you should juss eat lots of junk food but please for the love of God, dont get fat, you will regret it later on in life. and I wish I can be skinny like you

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
