How can i avoid getting cramps while running?

I have 2 soccer games back to back tonight and I usually get cramps while I run and it slows down the way I play.
How can I avoid getting cramps while I'm playing?

believe it or not, I've heard that bananas can help. =] try eating one 30 min. before the game--u dont wanna throw up, either. =] good luck, and I hope that you win your games!! =]
