How can i avoid being bullied for no reason?

I asked a question before about what to do about these two bullies. And most people said to ignore them and not talk to them. But sometimes I don't even say anything or do anything to them, I just sit there and they call me a tomboy because I like...

basketball or a nerd because I like to read. I didn't ever do anything to them but they call me names anyway. And I'm in the same class as them, so I can't avoid them. They're making me really depressed and unhappy. But if I tell on them they won't stop, and will just add tattletale to the list of names they call me. What do you think I should do?? Or do I just have to live with it?

the same thing happened to me but when I was really in pain the school did nothing to stop it but then I took my self out of school an started self harm an od but please dont self harm or od... please ignore em I walked passed my bullies today and I just laughed at her she didnt like it so she stoped looking at me .. show them that you can do more than that that they are not getting to you hold your head up high you are worth so much better tthan that hunny xxx im always here for you if you need to chat about anything anytime xxx

That's bullsh*t, don't let no one bully you, you go and be a tattletale if you have too, I hope you told your mother, I know if you were my kid I would of been up to that school in a heart beat and I would of demanded that someone do something or I just would of pulled you out of that classroom till something was done. You don't deserve for no punk as* bullies to bullied you, you sound like a great kid, have you talked to your principle? I understand what you are saying about them bullying you for no reason this kid's need to be taught a lesson and theirs no way you can ignore that, that's awful.

Actually there's nothing you can do. It's their mouth. You're not them.. So you cant control them. Just dont care about them..
I use to be bullied by my schoolmates and classmates. They treat me really bad. Even my friends betrayed me. But I just dont care about them. Sooner or later they will probably get bored and stop those childish actions.
Just treat them as kids. ^^

I just fight back and if they still call you names call them names right back. I used to be just like you but I changed the next previous school year. I mean I was kicked out one school for putting these two girls in a coma. They now know not to talk about my granny or any of my family. All im sayin is to call them names right back, but when or if you fight them, don't put them in a coma.
