Clothes.

Your clothes should depict your personality, but be conservative. Dont dress to impress, dress for yourself. Dont over-do it. Women like to keep the clothing domain for themselves. They like to express themselves through their clothes, and if a man come to them looking like a metrosexual, most get turned off by that.

Starting a conversation.

When you see a woman you woulld like to meet, simply walk up to her and tell her, 'Excuse me, I was standing over there, and I saw you and I wanted to meet you.' Thats it. After, wait for her response. She may say, 'Oh ok hi. My name is...' or she may say, 'Oh, I'm sorry but I am already in a relationship.' I think that is the best way to meet a woman, though it doesnt always work. You can use a pick-up line if youwant, but I dont suggest it.

Duirng the conversation.

It is vital that you speak to her in a joking manner. Say she asks your name. Replying in a playful manner such as, 'Clark Kent' will raise the sexual tension between you. Also, making sexual jokes will have the same effect. But don't over-do it. She may see you as a joke or a creep.
