well if he's an older brother make sure he knows what hes doing or stop talking to him and everytime he tries to talk to you just walk away. if he's a younger brother tie him up and torture him a lil untill he swares he wont mess with you again and if he does do it again but make it worse. lol.I have 3 older siblings and 1 younger. I know a lot of things. lol.

if hes older you just cant. if hes younger just cause him a lot of pain. ask him to wrestle and completely destroy him. then you could hld him down or tie him down and make threats
