I dont like to exercise either so just eat healthy watch what you eat you still can eat those junky food but limit urself from 2 much of it but I still recommend that you exercise you dont have 2 do it as much just take a walk or play any sports do something that you know ull enjoy ( and I dont mean sittn down on that sofa lol) so just do something that you know will make you loose weight but also stay fit not only for you but also 4 your health
Well exercise is a healthy choice and if you want to be a healthy adult I=I would suggest exercising everyday even if it's runnin or walking to the cement ship stay very healthy ok!!
Take some vitamin supplements and watch your portion control. Get enough sleep, too. And make sure you're drinking plenty of water and eating enough fiber.
god! everyone wants to look like an athlete without having to be one.. it is impossible. you may slow it down by eating right. but even nutritional experts cant exactly measure the proper intake of nutrients and junk there are just too many variables. just work out
