How can I open my inbox on hotmail?

Hey every body...

I have hotmail account and only for some days I didn't use it...now it says close account...I can use my account, setting, profiles, services, ...etc but only inbox I can't use it...I tried to update al thing even password but still the same problem...I also send to Windows Live Account this problem but no response untill now...my friend said try to make same account again and I did but it says it is exist..that means I can make it...!!

do you know what do I have to do?!

go onto http://www.hotmail.com
and then sign in and click onto inbox,
