It depends // Puberty is different in all Boys// Age Doesent matter/ You Could be 11 and your Pen*s be like 7 inches ut you ma not have any pubs unill your like 15 // Some boys grow pubes fist and hair on faces and armpits and then some there testicals and pen*s grows bigger first//some there voie drops low andsome there balls drop before ther voic does lmao its funni ..But around maybe 5 smallest to 8 lmao inches when hard
