its wells for ah few days but goes down really quickley!!!

im a woosey I guess. because my piercing hurt like a b*tch.

I got mine done on my birthday last year and it didn't hurt to get it done, like a pinch really...but it was swollen for 2 days because my family has thick tongues so I had to keep it on ice a lot so the bar wouldn't rip through my tongue like my fathers did. But after the two days, I couldn't feel a thing.

It varies from person to person.
For me I couldnt eat for a couple of days, because, well I just cudnt because my mouth like forgot to eat or something haha, and I cudnt because the tongue peircing felt so bigg.
got used to it on the 3rd day and was all good.

you shouldnt be worriying about the pain...a lot of things could go wrong with a tounge peircing...so keep in mind that in mind. make sure you go to a well knows profeshional peircer...and not just someone who offered on the street or something. the tounge is a very important muscle so get it done right! also expect about 2+ weeks of your tounge being swollen, also yo might have a list for a while and not be able to talk as good and say some letters properly for about a month or more...like he letter s or c.
and its takes up to and even over a year to heal. but wait at leat 3-6 months before changing the peircing if your going to.

I got my tongue done a couple of months ago. For me it didn't hurt at all, but I have an extremely high tolerance for pain. It did swell but if you take Midol like the directions on the package it really helps with the swelling. You should only have to take it for a couple of days. If it stays swollen longer than that go back to where you had it done and have them look at it. Yes, eating for those first couple of days will be weird while you get used to have a strange piece of metal in your mouth all the time, but you should do fine.
