But - if you're from Bangladesh, do remember that many Asian people are simply more slender of build than many Americans and Europeans. I know many nepalis who are very slender, but are extremely strong and healthy. So the weight figure alone isn't everything. You should also try to build up your muscles.
And again, if you're in Bangladesh, there are plenty of nutiritous foods that can help you to stay healthy. Fresh fruits and vegetables, but also other natural, unprocessed foods, like unpolished rice and barley, and dairy products. Stay away from heavily processed foods, especially the popular 'instant soups' that are full of MGS and other chemicals. Natural is best.
