How to become fat in a month?

If I go 2 gym...can I able 2 increase my body...I am so lean...

want to get fat? eat eat eat, and do nothing. just relax, lay down. eat kinda big before sleep. starches will help put it on. try not to eat too big. instead of 3 big meals, try 6 meals in smaller portions and like I said, relax. watch the pounds pack on then when your done hit the gym and tone up and turn it into muscle

What should a minimum calorie intake be?

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.
