Who the hell says want to get it on lmfao hahaha but anywhoo, do what that chock sed, you cud start making out and like stroke her leg,then get a little higher,then you cud start like kissing her neck and getting lower. Start kissing and feel her up and if she seems like she's enjoying say 'want to get it on?' If she says yes go for it, if she doesn't answer usually that means 'no' - sorry! She may be shy, too young, nervous, not ready - either way back off and stay with the heavy petting.
