go to a public heath nurse in your area and tell her or him that you are planning to have sex or something like that and they will give you condoms, they cannot refuse you the right because they are there to prevent anything from happening basically.

Go to the store and buy them. There is no age limit you haft to be over to buy them. Trust me. And hey you're going to use protection at least. That is good enough for me.

Well in the restrooms of Some Gas Stations there are some and in Searcy they cost three quarters. So make sure you have quarters.
