Horseraddish for balding crowning glory

my cousin's genius friend conducted this little experiment. he has a dog who had this itch all over his body.. now the scars were healed but where the scars where, the hair wont grow back. he boiled lottsa horseraddish(which is a good source of iron, by the way). the poor dog grew back his hair.. so we figured its a way of growing back those tresses.. its not per oral though, you just have to wash the affected area with the cooled boiled horseraddish.. use the water...

You mean I could have my hair back by dipping my head in horseradish?
