okay,I am 13,and in 7th grade.
boy drama shouldnt be an issue...but it is,soo yeah.
one of my best friends(laya) and her boyfriend(kelly...lol) broke up friday,before valentines day. and we had started talking and I guess he didnt really like her,but...

they went our for 3months.
and he told me today that he really liked me and have liked me scince back in 6th grade, but it was an awkward moment with my best friend..he was like forced to ask her out he said.
I really like him,I don't know what to do :l

No one can force someone to ask another person out, so I think your sucking in everything this boy is telling you. Now all of a sudden he likes you? Then why didnt he ask you out before your best friend if he liked you since 6 th grade? I think he is handing you a line! If he didnt like her, then why did he date her for 3 mos? Just think about it!

Well even if you do, its pretty much a girl code to not go there with a best friends ex till one, they have either completely moved on and it was a long time ago, or two they give you the ok, because it was a long time ago. So since its only Tuesday im sure she has not moved on, and it hasnt been a long time. So if I were you I would think about if Laya is a friend you would like to keep, if she is then you should tell kelly thats just too bad, sry.

Ya people will tell other things that they don't really mean. Just to help their case in doing whatever they are trying to succeed at. Tell him it's okay that he liked someone else and you don't believe he went out with someone for 3 months and didn't really like her and have feelings for her. Tell him if he wants a shot with you he needs to be honest and not feed you lies from the get go. Also I've talked to you before and you seem to get hooked on the wrong guys. Be careful okay babe ?
