Is it possible you can get soo horny that it hurts.?
Because sometimes I'll be very like excited and stuff and my nether regions start too hurt a bit..That normal ?

It could be different things, but there is a female version of blue balls. It is actually a condition for guys. I have never gotten it (not because I am that big of a pimp, just lucky I guess) so I don't know how to describe the feeling for you, but it does have to do with coming down or maintaining a certain level of blood in the region so long. Look everything up, if you're really curious.
