You two aren't talking so it was obviously a one night thing, spur the moment. If he hooked up with you and didn't even both to stay in contact with you then I don't see why you'd even try to talk to him, he obviously doesn't care.

Anyways - use whichever word you want, there's really not much of a difference. I think cute is more like Awh and hot is more Wow...so whichever you think suites him better.
