like how was your day sexy..
and basically ask them a question and refer to them as sexy, beautiful , etc.

next time he asks what your up to say ooo nothing... just thinking about this guy I like happy and when he asks who he is reply well... I cant tell you his name but hes about __ tall, with ___ hair, and he has the most AMAZING eyes I've ever seen! wink That should do it... or even a simple flirty name... like hey whats going on hottie?
