Sadly, your hips can be genetic. Just as some people have a gene that makes it easier to lose weight than others. To try to get rid of the hips, try side crunches.
Side Abdominal Crunches - 5 sets of 100, 75, 50, 25, 15
Leg Extension - 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10, 10
Leg Curl - 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10, 10
That should help your hips. Also, try to workout the upper body or your legs and butt to make the hips look smaller by making the body proportional to the hips. Any questions, just ask.

Ok I have a flat stomach but I have big chichones(hips) have can I get rid of them!!?
