okay I am not sure exactly how much help I will be because im not really skinny like you seem to be :P(lucky) lol jp jp
anyways try eating foods with more protein and carbs but don't over do it either, I mean you don't want to lose your skinny figure.
really random and I have ABSOLUTELY no clue if it is true but supposably eating rice will help you gain a healthy sized butt, once again I must say I am not sure if this is true so do not take it to heart lol
ok, I dont have high metabolism so I have 2 watch everything I eat and work out a lot. it's nice 2 have a high metabolism because your safe from getting overweight. try splurging a couple times after eating. eating faster might help a lil because it can take the body up to 20 min to tell the brain it's full. but this is not always a good thing because if you continually eat 2 much ull get sick. also work out and drink muscle building shakes and such. instead of just adding fat, add muscle. and the more muscle you have the more ull eat because muscle takes more energy than fat. and ull b healthy rather than obese.

Im about 5'5 or 5'6 im a girl I weigh about 100 pounds I want to gain about 20 Pounds my elbows are boney and so are my ankles and knees I really hate it im always self consient I really hate it and PLEASE dont say oh I wish I was like that or your lucky...
