Sorry, Shipater, genes (your DNA) determine your maximum height. The only way you can affect your height is to stay fairly healthy so that you will reach your full potential.

There's no way you can get taller, unless you get special shoes [heels for girls, and you can get shoe inserts if you're a guy..]
