Why is my girlfriend's period irregular?

hey. hope u still can remember me. well, i had ask my gf to went for a pregtest n the result is negative..she went to a chinese traditional doctor n he said that her digestion system is preventing her to have her period..well she eventually finished all...

her medications n also ate some hormone pills..she finally had her period on 13th of july. but then it only lasted awhile n stopped.. please advise.. thanks a lot..if can..reply me to my email Fun mail me

It sounds like something she should let the doctor know. She could call her doctor and tell him how long her period lasted and ask if that amount of time is normal considering her situation and medication. The average period lasts about three to five days, but since her period is so unusual, that might not apply to her.

it's unusual for her n she's getting worried about her health. she's been eating stuff like pineapple n so on so on..it did not help..she did not show any symptoms of being preg.. is it alright?
