Can't seem to upload a picture

I just recently joined and I can't seem to upload a picture. Am I doing something wrong? I went threw the process and it seemed to work just fine no eror or anything came up.

The three file formats we accept are PNG, GIF, and JPG. If you don't enter a caption, then your photo won't upload.

Make sure the photo has the file extension as part of hte name, eg, me.jpg, or me.png, otherwise it won't work.
