how can I get this orangeish blonde to a beautiful light blonde?
I got a half a head of foils yesterday and it looks terrible!

Go back and have them fix it.

Sometimes hair takes a couple of processes to lift hair to the correct color blonde. Especially if you had it colored another color. You paid for blonde highlights, thats what they should give you. So call your stylist, tell her the situation and that you hate it. They'll re-do it again.
