do i have herpes?

Im 14 years old I made out with this girl and a week later I had a rash under my are not a lot but still a rash and around my waist I've had little circles she has sores all over her lips and she thinks she got hepies from me do I have herpes...

? And did I give them to her or did she give them to me ?

if you had a cold sore then you may have given her herpes
both of you need to see a doctor so he/she can have a look at your rash and her sores to determine what they are and if they can be treated/cured
