Here is my weight loss plan . does it work ?
So , I have Just drawn up a weight loss plan , and I want to know if this is even a good idea . like what I have down .
Monday-Friday
- Food . 6:30am , lunch (12:30) , snack ( 3:30 pm ) , Dinner (6:00 7:00 pm ) 10.00 pm WORKOUT ( for 30 mins ) ....
Daily Diet includs , WATER : at every hours . 6am - 8am , then 1pm to 12 midnight .
thats like 15 glass's of water a day .
all I really can eat without getting sick , is Chicken , rice , Tuna , I do drink milk , and crystal light , and a lunch o would have like , a sandwich or something . and on the weekends
Just a 10 mins work out , so I can have a tad break .
now , do you think this will work out ? , and have any tips ?
