Should i use herbal essences or garnier fructis?

hI,
I have really dry and thick hair and I want to get it smooth and soft. People have been telling me that herbal essences and garnier fructis is really good. Which would you prefer? there is also a variety of products for both so which one would you...

recommend for my hair?

Personally,I consider Herbal Essences the best 'cause to be honest with you,Garnier made my hair so greasy,and it never seemed to work for my hair,so I wouldn't recommend that.

Herbal Essence. I have just started using it for dry hair also and my hair is much much better now. I would go with that. I don't like Garnier Fructis.

HERBAL ESSENCE! It's way better for your hiar, not to mention what they say it will do, it actually does it...Garnier is fake

ehhh guess it all depends on your hair. i have thin,straight hair so herbal would prob be better for you. but the garnier works for me. they have diff body and shine ones. b4 when i tried herbal essence it didnt work for me. then i tried their leave in conditioner,just made my hair gressey. but like i said your hair is thicker so herbal would prob work better for you.

herbal essences because like the first comment you had got... it made my hair VERY oily and it was a total waste of my money. Sun Silk works great to so does Aussie

Herbal Essences works much better for any hair type where as Garnier Fructis will leave your hair gressy and your sclap itchy I would never buy anything from them again.

I have shoulder lenth hair and ill say sunsilk didnt do the job fully like herbal did! herbal is way better and leaves your hair thick and shiny, sunsilk left my hair scalphy and greasy just after a day!

Whatever you do do NOT use herbal essences! My aunt works with the EPA,and she told me if you use it a lot,your hair will fall out.
