So I have a brown bruise like mark on my neck and the skin is thinner there I'm going to the doctors in about a week or two but I was reading how it could be cancer and I got a bit concerned; help?

Sounds like a hickey to me.

No it's not cancer, you're okay. Cancer doesn't show up in the form of bruises.

Hmmm wait and see what the doc says

I know that some types of luekemia (sp?) show up it brusies, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. you may have just bumped into something and not noticed or remember it. you should probably wait till you get it checked out though and not take the advice of a bunch of strangers online about it though since we can't actually see it or anything.

haha okay. thanks guys It like covers the bottom of my neck and I've had it for a few wks but didn't think anything of it. So I decided to look it up and people are talking about cancer so I got a tad freaked out. :p
