My breasts are small what should i do or eat?

hii am 16 and I wear a36b bra I feel sooo insecure because of it , I cant wear clothes that I love cause I have AFLAT cheast its sooo annoying cause every friend of mine or girl in the school have big breasts and I feel like a 11 years old

excuse me? One this question, in my opinion is ridiculous and second im 34B and im not flat chested, some kid actually told me the girls were bigger than he first thought when we met and very nice as well.

its better to be a 32 then a 36. a 36 makes your rib cage bigger. I know how you feel. im a b, and I feel so tiny. diet doesnt change it, but padded push-up bras shure do! im 17, and thats what I do.they come in strapless too

It's cup size that indicates breast size...the 32 or 34 is the around size. 34B is average...The only way to truly make them bigger is implants...

prannie is right...and 36b isn't small...it means you have a b-cup...be happy with what you got...bigger breasts are uncomfortable and get sore easily and you have a nice size...not too small and not too big.

plus there is no way you can make your boobs bigger without having surgery.
