squats-help tone your thighs
I know you hear this a lot, but you should eat less, and eat healthier. I did this, and I actually started losing.
also, cardio is a great way to lose weight.

im sorry to say but it takes longer than fast to lose weight. I know there a lot of pills and artificial substnces out ther you could try but dont. it messes with your body.it not a matter of eating less just a matter of eating healthier. try to get involved with your local gym it you have one. if you dont you can always try some form of exersize like running. exersize helps you burn calories and lose weight. make sure you are burning more calories than you are taking in.
