hii,
erm well were do I start, during yr 11 I had a mentor who I went to and trusted. Now that we've left I feel like I cant talk to anyone no more because he was the only one I could talk to. My head is all over the place am sittin in my room most...

nights and cryin at what ever comes into my head. I waant to email him but it's not his problem no more and thats what I got to get use to sad .. I really want to but I wouldnt no what to put annd like I sed it's my problem.

Dont even no why I am writin this tbh x

Well if hes a really good mentor than he will still help you out. If he wont than find someone new you can talk to. Its not good to keep it all in. Even the strongest people have people around them that keep them strong. =) Hope it helps.
