Help with painting baby's room

I have asked this before but only got a couple of answers. So if you can please give some advice.
I will post a pic of the baby's bedding.
I have chocolate carpet,kickboards and chair rail. So I would need to know what color to paint the bottom and...

First, I would paint over those polka dots with a primer, or they will probably shadow through.
I wouldn't use grey, not with chocolate carpet.
I really like a soft yellow idea, will echo the warm of the carpet.
Home Depot's site has a color coordinator from Behr paints that may give you some good ideas. There are SOOO many yellows, you want to make sure you get the right shade that goes with your bedding and your carpet.
You can even take your fabric in and it has a little window that reads your color and coordinates from there. You can also take home a few browns and see which one matches to your carpet, so the computer knows what brown to match you to.

It takes a minute to load, even with dsl, and you want the Explore color with ColorSmart tab about in the middle of the page. (allow pop-ups)

I'm thinking one of the lavenders on the bottom and a soft yellow on the top? And you may want to paint the chair rail white (primer first).

I like how it looks now. But id paint half white and the other half a pastel colour like blue.

I have always loved pastel pink and lavender for lil girls

so would you do the top lavender and the bottom gray or lavender on the bottom and gray on the top
Or Gray and White, or Light yellow and white, I am just so confused.
