Help with an 80's outfit?

Me and my cousin are having our 16th birthday parties together.
We're doing an 80s theme.

What could I wear (inexpenisve) for an outfit?
What should I do about makeup?
The party's not going to be until late June / early July.
But I want to get some ideas.

GO THE RA RA SKIRT. ACTUALLY IF YOU HAVE ANY OP SHOPS AROUND YOU COULD GO SCAVENGE THROUGH ONE OF THEM THEY ALWAYS HAVE CLOTHES SOMEONE WORE A WHILE AGO AND IM SURE YOU WILL FIND SOMETHING YOU NEED.

I was an 80s prom princess for halloween. my tips to you are:
- wear blue eyeshadow
- wear red or neon colored nail polish
- put your hair up in a super high ponytail OR curl it and make it really big!

wear copper or silver leggings
high tops or bright coloured pumps
big and thick tacky looking gold loads of it

or go on youtube and look at armand van heldons video I cant remember what it is called though x x
