Help...this is urgent

Three couples went to dinner before prom. The cost for the six meals was 180 to which they added a 20% tip. Since the meals varied in prrice, they decide to split the bill in the continued ratio 4:5:6. Find the amout paid by each couple Solve and check...

the following equation...

3x+5/14 = x/3

Thank you for any help! I have a midterm coming up and need to know how to do this.

why don't you just asked one of your maths teachers. not one that teaches you wink I know how to do these but it is way to difficult to explain, well not really but theres kinda of a lot og /+=234 going every where :P, im sure your teachers will help that is what they are there for.
