with evry1 so why duz she need 2 flirt wth him? shes keeps doing it tho because she knowz I don't want 2 start a fight.

Not much of a mate if you ask me. To get him to notice you, get rid of her. In other words, talk to him when she isn't around, ask him out to do stuff alone together and avoid being with her when he is around.
