Serious health problem in the making?
I think I am very unhealthy. First of all, I cannot put ANYTHING in my mouth without counting the calories and so-forth. And when I eat like something unhealthy say..A Chocolate Cookie or Apple Pie or something like that I will either not eat anything...
for the rest of the day, or force myself to exercise strenuously and burn off every single calorie. And every time I eat a meal, it's always like 400 calories or LESS, and I'm tall (5'11) and need 2300 calories to maintain my weight. I weight 137 and I lost 60 pounds in about 2 months, so let's say I have a minor eating disorder, I wouldn't even say that! But the problem I've been having is every time I wake up in the morning I'm like very dizzy and can't control myself for about 1 minute I'd say. I have low blood pressure already, and the drastic weight loss didn't help any. I will say this right now before anyone asks: I DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT starve myself.
