Having strange pains, what do you think it is?

can anyone tell me what this sounds like? well I dont know whats going on but the past couple days I've been getting this pain it feels like someone is choking me and I get a pain on the lower part of the back of my head this stuff only happens when im in a certain position like laying down

I am not sure what it sounds like but I would go to the doctor or hospital .

Oh I think it's because the blood rushes to your head so fast when you lay down.

It sounds a little like whip lash. My girlfriend got it from playing volleyball so it isn't jusst car accidents. Go to the doctor.
