im 13 is it normal for me to be masterbaiting if I do it more will I grow bigger?

Yes it is completely normal, and healthy to be curious like this as well. It will not mean you will grow bigger though. At 13 you still have a lot of growing time, so you will grow more, but when you are ready =) your maturbation habits will have no impact on this.
