why does a guy tells you that you dont mean nothing to him and that he basically played with your feelings and also tells you that he was with other girls while he was with you and still tells you that he loves you?what does this mean?I dont understand...

It 'means' it's dumping time. You deserve better than somebody who's going to be unfaithful. He doesn't love the whole you. He obviously picks and chooses. Maybe you're good for a talk and he loves that about you, while he might prefer getting his way with other girls.

You deserve a lot better and you will find a lot better. Let this guy know just what kind of a person he really is. He quite obviously doesn't know the meaning of the L word!
