How can i get my friend help for her broken arm?

Okay I know this has nothing to do with sex or any of that crap, but my friend (not naming) thinks she broke her arm, and it's purple and swollen.
And well you kind of have to know her to understand why her parents ignore her.
But she has a sister who is...

kind of the 'star' of her family and her parents are disappointed that she isn't exactly like her.

But her parents are ignoring the fact that her arm is killing her and I have a gut feeling that she broke it, because I broke it and I come serious to other's injuries

Her parents won't do anything, I repeat, HER PARENTS, WILL NOT, DO, ANYTHING.
Please what should I do?

I don't want her to face pain the way I did

maybe tell ur parents and they can bring her to the dr. or sumthin

iv broken my wrist twice and the first time i broke it was becasue when i was fallin i wastryin to stop my self frum fallin on my broken finger and i landed wrong and broke my arm so i know how much pain she has to be in
tell her to keep ic on it go to the nurse tomorrow and take asprin or sumthin lik that pain releaver. just make sure she gets to the dr. and soon. it sound lik its broken.

Not taking care of a child's injuries is abuse. Call child protective services and inform them that your friend is hurt, possibly a broken arm and her parents won't provide medical care.

I just did sumthin like that but its my shoulder to my thumb. I went to see someone who use to be a nurse and she tol me how to help it heal she bought me a sling and some drewssing. she said to exercise it in the water. I asked a question called Broken arm ??? because my mom wontr do anything untill I can sort of prove it. After you read thiis can you answer my question. P.S tell me how it went with you and her.
