What's wrong with my lobster 700tv phone?

my phone isn't working proberly because whenever I press start on it it says ''dopod s300.exe can't find the required libries'' and I tried resetting it but it won't let me and I was wondering if there is a alternate way to reset my phone without useing the start menu can anybody help?

oh yeah dopod S300 is a programe I installed from windows freeware which makes the menu 3D
