Unfortunately, we cannot choose where we will lose weight from on our bodies, doing tummy excercises is great, but will not guarantee that the fat will leave your belly area. An overall workout is the best way to shed fat, and once the rest of your body has given up it's fat, your belly will start losing too. Just persevere, it takes time to get into good shape overall. I usually lose all over except my thgihs, its a genetic thing, but after a few months of training, they starting reducing too. Just be patient and don't give up 
I figured you were apple-shaped juss by what you were saying, my maternal side is apple shaped..thank GOD I got my dad's pear-shaped family's body lmao [NOT CUS OF LOOKS, but it's much healthier to store fat down in your hips than around your vital organs]. you should cut BACK on fatty foods, since you store fat in an unsightly and even DANGEROUS area. and also, IF YOU EXERCISE [you should lol
], you really need to focus on strengthening your abdominal area. doing core exercises with get your tummy ripped and in shape honey !! hope I helped;; [juss a little extra info, I stopped eating beef and pork a while ago, which can have dense, saturated fat that can easily be stored in your body, esp. if you go to sleep on it. DON'T EAT STEAK BEFORE BED, bad idea] lol.

Does anyone know how I can lose weight off my tummy, its coming off everywhere but my stomach. im apple shaped by the way.
