Where can I get sis2cab & cab2sis emulator?

hi.. I need use cab files (windows mobile) at symbian UIQ 3 based phone (m600i)
and also it could be good to use sis (UIQ 3) files for pocket pc (windows mobile)
plzzz help...

Symbian UIQ 3 based phones use .sis files, and others use .cab files. Are you asking for a converter? To change .sis to .cab and vice-versa?
