Help my friend and her vagania

ok my friend asked me something odd she asked me what was wrong with her vagania. she said there was a Tingaling feeling when she stads, walks, and uses the bathroom. she dont know what is wrong. and I dont neighther maybe you guyz could help us out. I told her to go to the doctor but she wont unless she finds out what she has. Thanks

The only way to find out what she has is by going to a doctor. Maybe she should thouroghly clean her vagania - maybe there is some sort of a stray object in there.
